早睡早起對我來說曾經是陌生的

但我堅持改變

已經是第五天的十二時睡六時醒來

如果做得來，為甚麼不去做？

更可況，這一個是好習慣

慣了，便沒大不了啊

還是有好處呢!!

感情如果走到一個地步，覺得自己還走不出回憶，應該要有先死而後生的心

用一個你最終極的方法去令自己死心，之後再認識以前的她或他，可能有多一點啟發

其實這只是個過渡，愈快做得到，便愈早回復過來

這是第一天放下所有去感受一切

雖然孤單，但今天，我很好

愈來愈發覺，現今社會的溝通，實在方便得連被動詞形容詞都給一個emotion icon或一個短訊取代，冷冷的，感受不到一絲溫度，所以連年頭，很難發現有人還有"筆友"這古老的浪漫，乾脆給個msn我吧，原本要十封信來往慢慢了解的過程，在msn可能方便到三個msg便搞定.

這年頭，真的可以不用說話便能取代每日所有對話.

這空間，容得下我，我卻容不下回憶

深夜的路，再苦再累也要向前走
